Return Policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Take the Unboxing video (Mandatory). Without the Unboxing video, we can't help you with return/refunds (! Most Important!).
- Returns will only be accepted under specific conditions, and approval is at the sole discretion of GSM Aquarium Products India LLP.
- To be considered for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including Aquarium Tanks, Thermometer & Heaters, Regulators.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. Return Approval Process:
- To request a return, please contact our customer service team at 8896274274 within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if applicable.
- Approval for returns is at the sole discretion of Aquarium Products India, and we reserve the right to deny returns based on our assessment.
4. Video Confirmation:
- Prior to shipping, we conduct a video confirmation of the product to ensure accuracy and quality.
- A video of your product being packed will be shared with you before the item is dispatched. This ensures that the right product reaches you in perfect condition.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
6. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
7. Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
8. Refund Exceptions:
- In some cases, certain refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund. This will be communicated to you during the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. 9. Immediate Cancellation of Order
Please Note: Immediate cancellation of your order is not available once the payment is made. No instant cancellations can be processed. If you still choose to cancel the order immediately after placing it:

The paid amount will be credited to your Aquarium Products India account as store credit.

You can use this store credit to purchase other products during your next order with us.
In special cases where a return or cancellation is approved, a service charge will be deducted from the refund/store credit as applicable.
