Returns

Do we accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• Product Condition: Only new products are eligible for return. This includes products that are unopened, in original packaging, and have never been used.
• Return Window: You must request a return within 1 day of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Fish food
• Consumables
• Fertilizers
• Water conditioners
• Personalized or custom-made items (unless due to a manufacturing defect or our error)

Return Approval Process

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Refund Exceptions

In some cases, certain refunds may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund. We will communicate this to you during the return process.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied for approved returns.

Immediate Cancellation of Order

Please Note: Immediate cancellation of your order is not available once the payment is made. No instant cancellations can be processed. If you still choose to cancel the order immediately after placing it:

• No monetary refund will be initiated.

• The paid amount will be credited to your Aquarium Products India account as store credit.

• This store credit can be used to purchase other products during your next order with us.

In special cases where a return or cancellation is approved, a service charge will be deducted from the refund/store credit as applicable.
