The product was delivered after more than 10 days that too after following up daily multiple times, level of customer support was very poor, I struggled to get response from them!
The food itself is useless if you have any other fishes like Oscar or Shark which are over4-5 inches as they will eat the food, pleco wont even get a chance.

Let me first address the issue where your bigger fish are eating the food befor the Plecos get the food. Pleacos are naturally Noctournal, meaning they are active more in the night so the best time to feed them is in the night, after the lights are OFF, We have shared this information in our videos also. SO before you cassually dissmis the food, kindly do try feeding them at night and you will get desired results.
Now for the Courier delay Please do note your order was placed on June 7th and we have dispatched the material on the same day and we have sent you a whatsapp message for the same, Now though there was a problem with the Delhi end of the Courier service we have constantly followed up with them and made sure the product was delivered to you, additionally we have mentioned clearly in out T&C the it will take 7 working days Max for the product to be delivered. Ans can assure you that we have done our best to make sure the product is delivered to you.

Excess amount charged for delivery. But the courier selected by them can not deliver at location where other reputed courier companies easily delivered in time. Asked to collect from courier centre which is about 8 KM from my location. An extra cost to the tune of rupees 100. If courier can not deliver why it accepts the order. Dont buy from this site. Try from amazon. It is available there.
