Warranty, Guarantee & Product Disclaimer Policy

Important Notice – Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing

By placing an order on Aquarium Products India, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Chinese Products – No Warranty or Guarantee

All Chinese-origin products sold by Aquarium Products India are supplied strictly on an "AS IS" basis unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

1. No warranty, guarantee, free replacement, or free service is provided for Chinese products.
2. Once the product has been delivered in good condition, Aquarium Products India shall have no further liability for defects, failures, performance issues, or damages occurring during or after installation and use.
3. Customers are requested to purchase such products only if they fully understand and accept these conditions.

2. Warranty for Other Brands

1. Products from brands that provide an official manufacturer warranty will carry only the warranty expressly mentioned by that respective manufacturer.
2. The applicable warranty period, terms, and conditions are those provided by the manufacturer.
3. Aquarium Products India acts only as a reseller and does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's official policy.
4. Warranty claims, where applicable, are subject to inspection, approval, and the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

3. Installation Responsibility

Installation is entirely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified in writing.

Aquarium Products India shall not be responsible for any damage arising due to:

1. Incorrect or improper installation.
2. Mishandling during installation.
3. Accidental breakage while assembling or fitting the product.
4. Modification or alteration of the product.
5. Use of incompatible accessories or spare parts.
6. Incorrect voltage, electrical fluctuations, power surges, or improper power supply.
7. Dry running, overheating, water damage, or misuse.
8. Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Any product damaged during installation shall not qualify for replacement, refund, warranty, or compensation.

4. Transit Inspection

Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged during transit:

1. Record an unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

2. Report the issue immediately with supporting photographs and videos.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or after installation/use may not be accepted.

5. No Returns or Replacements

Returns, exchanges, refunds, or replacements shall not be provided for:

1. Improper installation.
2. Customer-caused damage.
3. Physical breakage.
4. Water damage.
5. Electrical damage.
6. Burnt components.
7. Negligence or misuse.
8. Normal wear and tear.
9. Dissatisfaction due to incorrect product selection by the customer.

6. Spare Parts

Where available, spare parts may be purchased separately.

1. Availability depends entirely on stock.
2. Spare parts are chargeable.
3. Shipping charges for spare parts shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Additional labour, installation, or service charges (if applicable) will also be chargeable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aquarium Products India shall not be liable for any:

1. Direct or indirect loss.
2. Damage to livestock, plants, aquariums, furniture, or property.
3. Business interruption.
4. Consequential or incidental damages.
5. Financial losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.

The maximum liability of Aquarium Products India, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

8. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for ensuring:

1. The product is suitable for their intended application.
2. The product specifications meet their requirements.
3. Installation is performed correctly.
4. Proper maintenance and operating instructions are followed.

Failure to do so shall not constitute a manufacturing defect or seller liability.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase from Aquarium Products India, the customer confirms that they:

1. Have read and understood this Warranty & Disclaimer Policy.
2. Accept that Chinese products are sold without any warranty or guarantee unless expressly mentioned otherwise.
3. Understand that damage caused during installation or use is solely the customer's responsibility.
4. Agree that any spare parts or replacement components, where available, shall be supplied only at additional cost.
5. Agree to abide by all the terms stated in this policy.
